First: Stop playing bullet.

Second: You literally found all the right ideas at the wrong time. Stop spending thirty seconds playing simple moves. Use your time wisely.

Btw I'm a 1300 with no subscription. Learn principles and middlegame tactics. 600s and up already have a pretty good grasp on the game, so don't be surprised when they play well. Learning offbeat openings can definitely give you an advantage, so maybe give that a try.

I agree with the bullet, I don't play much. Maybe one game a day for fun to wind down. I play mostly 10 min or 15|10 min rapid.

I was purely pulling that from your game history on the day I sent that.

completly understand that, sometimes you just don't have all the context. but I do believe that playing bullet for fun at the end of the day wouldn't hurt my playing ability... right?

Yes… to improve just don’t blunder and punish when your opponents peices.

You develop your intuition from bullet but that's about it. It's probably the worst time control to learn from

But it's also the most fun time control unfortunately

Endgames are important. I recommend looking at this blog I made, not top notch but maybe can help you: Endgame Mates. Also, play a simple opening repitoire so you won't get lost, 1 for white and 2 for black. Also, drills are good for a wide range of things: Drills.

Maybe try 5 min more to work on your time management and intuition skills. Some of my best games have been on 5 min. Personally, I wouldn't recommend doing any more 15|10 or higher. Unless you really want to focus on calculating, I wouldn't use it at your rating.

Learn some openings. Most players will say that it doesn't matter at your rating, but sometimes it can very quickly decide the outcome of a game. For example...

This is a common line of the opening I play against the Italian. I am not suggesting that you learn this. I'm saying you should know what to play in certain openings.

You seem to be a queen's pawn player, so this is even more true. You need to know how you want to take the game as white, and how to respond to different openings as black.

If your under 1000 it’s more important just to make sure you don’t lose material or your king and learn how to take their material well and mate

I just recently learned how effective pushing h and a pawns can be, for example I have this game I played where I did the london but decided to push the h and g pawns.

Very sad story, bro. I see, you are very dedicated to this, but you cant actually learn it as everyone does. Is there a library close to your home? Try to find some books abt chess. Also if you do find some, you should buy a small desk so you can go outside with it. Theres no need to learn chess online. I got 1700 elo from 0 in 6 months. Hope you'll be fine.

Playing a3 and h3 can be could for preventing bishop pins and if your knight is already pins it can force it to move away or trade the peices. Otherwise, stick to the centre in the opening.
