Yes if time goes by and you don't play your RD becomes higher and less trustfull, makes sense...but I don't know what's used here sorry...
what is the chess.com "rating period" for Glicko RD?

RD seems to grow over time based on the number of rating periods that have passed since the last result, per http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glicko_rating_system
Does anybody know what Chess.com's rating period is for its Glicko systems (online chess and live chess)? It seems to be longer than a day.
