What is the fastest brilliant move you can get in a game?

I found a game between an unspecified Chess Master and a young Mike Klein, also known as FunMasterMike. I found it in a video he called the sneaky scholars mate, and Klein played a brilliant move on move 7.1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 f6 3. Nxe5

I get a brilliant every game almost but it's not brilliant it's just theory...
Chess.com is insisting it's brilliant

I found the game. [Event "?"] [Site "?"] [Date "????.??.??"] [Round "?"] [White "?"] [Black "?"] [Result "1-0"] 1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 d6 3. Bc4 Bg4 4. Nc3 Ne7 5. Nxe5 d5 6. Nxd5 Bxd1 7. Nf6+ gxf6 8. Bxf7# 1-0

@TheBestagons may be right, because 1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 f6 3. Nxe5 is a brilliant move according to the game review:

its a great game, but not the best

you know thats a mistake, right???
Nice! So does it count as the fastest?
