You're phone dies/ your computer explodes from a ballistic
missile.
You were 1 accurate move away from putting your opponent in zugzwang, but you mess-up, and get put in zugzwang yourself.
You were winning in a 60|0 game against someone rated 400 points above you. When you get down to a minute on both of your clocks, you blunder and the opponent takes all your pieces. They then promote their pawns to get 6 more queens and then they ladder checkmate you, all premoves.
