Give them up to a week and then follow up with a ticket if needed.
You should also check your spam/junk folders in case they contact you needing additional information.

You can't earn it as far as I'm aware. The other titles are just acknowledgement of ones earned OTB.

You get it from a national federation or from FIDE.
Some unskilled players have a real title because FIDE will sometimes award titles to little kids for winning a tournament for "best 5 year old in the island nation of Samoa" Even though there are only 2 people in all of Samoa that know how to play chess, so it doesn't make sense to award the best player with a title.
But yeah, that's how terrible players sometimes have titles.
OK, but it is also hard for them, isn't it? At least they have a title, even they are not playing on that level, OK to be honest I saw a WCM 3 years ago I guess, her rating was 0 FIDE rating, yeah no joke! She was 7 years old, titled, WCM, and 0 FIDE rating. That's hilarious but ok, everything is possible, and you can try to get a title, work hard.
