It makes sense that some teenager could play puzzle rush all day and beat his score (if you play enough you start to memorize the puzzles because there aren't a lot of them rated very high).
I'm guessing they remove scores that people achieve due to a glitch or exploit.
For example maybe 1 in 1000 games the clock malfunctions and gives you extra time. If that malfunction happens to someone who gets a top score they'll remove it.
Why was this guy's 61 not registered, alsooo how are people beating nakamura? Is puzzle rush easier for them?
