What is with people not giving rematches?

I swear it's like maybe one out of every 10 people that plays against me and wins actually allows me to get a rematch and unless I have something to do right at that moment I give my rematch you can look at my history if I want to get somebody and they ask me for a rematch I give it to him unless I'm trying to go to work or something or whatever

What I'm going to do from now on if I played someone they win and then don't give me a rematch I'm going to block them that's just poor sportsmanship it's just like the win is so important to you or the rating that you just want to run with it rather than get better or maybe make a new friend chess or partner

I rarely accept rematches, first I only play a few matches a day if not only a match. After the match I feel like I should take a break even if for a minute, analyzing my match or browsing other sites.

So if someone rejects a rematch you will block them but i they accept a rematch you want to be their friend? Maybe you are putting too much emphasis on the significance of a rematch. It could just simply be you haven't earned a rematch. That's not your opponent's fault.
I would prefer to take a minute to review the game that I just played so I can learn from my mistakes.

Some people do not want a rematch because they want to try out a new opening and if they just played it against you then they can top that in a rematch. Another reason. Is that some people try to simulate a OTB tournament (over the board) and in those you do not get to play the person across from you a second time just because you both want to. The last reason might be that a person wants a large variety of different players and if they accept rematches then they aren’t playing different people.
I personally don’t offer or accept rematches very often.

I don't accept rematches often (I do usually send them but only if it was really a good game from both sides!). However, some of my best memories of playing online blitz was from facing the same opponent many times with both colors. It's fascinating to see how most players will stick to the openings they know best and most comfortable with, even if the opponent found a way to counter a certain move many times! The psychology behind it is interesting, as it's like players will try to prove their approach is always right and if they lose then it had to be on bad time management. Anyway, it's hard not to go down a few points over a marathon contest with the same player over 5 or even 10 games and then stage an attempt at a comeback, being down several games! (Or, if you're each trading blows and it starts to feel like a game of tennis). In my experience, there are some salty dudes who will have no problem "crushing" you but as soon as you win a game they run away
