Maybe if this was a multiple choice question it would be easier to answer.

Tilt is real. Look at my graph, I hit 2350, then collapsed back to 2150. Took me a few weeks to get back above 2350, now over 2400.

It was like my brain just stopped working. I couldn’t even do simple stuff.

Some puzzles are tougher than they look, and some puzzles are tougher than their eventual ratings indicate.

It's likely a temporary tilt. I have once dropped from 2900 to 2400 within a number of days and have actually prepared to head towards a three-digit rating before I somehow recovered one day. Don't worry too much about it.

Also remember. In statistics, data points above the mean value or below the mean value lead to increased value for standard deviation. In physics, under-estimates and over-estimates increase the uncertainty of values. In chess, whether you attempted puzzles correctly or incorrectly, one thing is for sure - the relevant knowledge or experience is gained.

I've grinded my way up to 2700 in puzzles! I'm kinda afraid to start solving more as I'm going to tilt in them eventually lol!

On the other hand, I smell a rating of 3000 coming...

I see. When I start getting them wrong I start getting angry, so that contributes as well I think. Thanks for the advice!

I had a huge tilt recently, due to doing puzzles while distracted with other things. I've also had it happen when trying to hit a high, dropping some, then trying again to get back to that rating.

Taking a break often helps and making sure you're in the right mindset.

Possibly. I feel more stupid on some days than other days and I have no idea why. When I see puzzles on different days, the feeling each day is different no matter how much I try to focus.
