As we have heard nothing regarding this, I can only assume that it was an issue on your side. I could explain what, maybe a blip in the chess.com servers........yeah, no idea o.o
I also had the same problem! Suddenly I get disconnected, and then I couldn't reconnect for a while. And I was playing a game, wich seems to be aborted because the result don't appear yet.
I got kicked from live chess in the middle of a tournament, which i had a 3/3 lead going on, and then i couldn't even load chess.com... after about a minute or two i finally logged back in but now it says there are 0 people playing live?
