Queen gambit or Indian defence I guess.
What opening for Intermediate London or Vienna for white, Scandinavian or Sicillian for Black

<200 is newcomer/novice, not intermediate. Novice player should not try to learn openings at this stage.

Give me advice
your a beginner, almost any e4 stuff will make you win, dont try to memorise openings now, focus on avoiding blunders

I love the Vienna but it feels like a 1 trick pony. I hate the London it never works for me but seems like a lot more variation in playing that. At least compared to the Vienna

- As white, open with 1. e4 or 1. d4. If the oppoent allows you, do the other move. Other good first moves are 1. c4, 1. Nf3 and, as a somewhat advanced option, 1. g3 (preparing the fiancetto Bf1-g2).
- As black, answer 1. d4 with 1. ... d5 and 1. e4 with 1. ... e5. Both 1. ... d5 and 2. ... e5 can be considered against other first moves from white, for example 1. c4 e5 or 1. Nf3 d5
- Develop all minor pieces (knight/horses, and bishops) on good places, as soon as possible.
- Connect your rooks, usually by castling.
- Be careful with your queen. Its a mighty piece, but because of its value also vulnerable.
- Daily play a couple puzzles to train your eye for common tactics.
- As an awesome introduction into chess, I can only most warmly recomment the speedruns of GM Naroditsky on YouTube:

There is a total of six right now, and this is the first one:

P.s: Oh and about the opening mentioned in the title, I would stay away from Sicilian, but the others are fine.
Sicilian and Kings Indian are very popular, but also very tough.
