second logic is inevitable and is a little good, especially in legal matters. but its very easy to have the wrong logic. you know from chess. no matter how you describe your move, its wrong to the top guy. you need to be concrete, cold hard calculation.
logic is very dangerous when we start reasoning our way out of things too, it can go both ways. its not necessarily a good
