What ratio of online Blitz vs "longer games" do you play?

I only play 10 minute blitz in USCF tournaments. Most of my online blitz is 3 0. As for ratio, I have significantly retarded my chess growth by playing well over 100,000 blitz games in less than twenty years.

I've been doing 10 minute Blitz games since joining the forum,but have also been studying/reading/analyzing and am getting better.....Just wondering how you folks go at it? Thanks.!
