What result of Carlsen v Karjakin is best for chess?

We all have the player we are rooting for on a personal level, but is one result better for the world of chess as a whole?  This is the first World Championship to consist of two players who grew up in the computer era of chess.  Is it better for the game if Carlsen retains his title and continues his dominance, which is arguably deserved (from a rating standpoint) ?  Or is it better to have a new world champion in Karjakin?

I realize this is largely irrelevant because the best player will win, just curious if anyone has any input on possible consequences of this match.
