I don't know how you can test for caffeine yourself (I assume the translation to mg per ml in urine depends on hydration and bodyweight), but the doping control for caffeine is designed to prevent athletes from taking very large doses, and specifically not to prevent "normal" usage of caffeine through drinking coffee.
Caffeine is a relatively new addition to the WADA/IOC controls, before then runners and triathletes were taking 400mg (the equivilent of about 6 cups of coffee) or more of caffeine pills anally (it effects quicker and stronger) before races, this is the kind of usage the control is designed to prevent.
I don't take anything, I like it the natural way. That said, coffee and excersize are a part of my existance. :)
