its in berlin this year and it says it starts at 2 PM

i live in central time zone USA...does anyone know what time it will start for me

You must have 7 hours less than in Berlin, so for you I guess it must start at 9 PM. (I assume you have 1 hour less than in New York, I'm not an expert on American time zones, in Spain we have the same time than in Berlin, and I have six hours more than in the East Coast.)
