I've read many thread on the comparisons of chess.com ratings vs fide rating but none of the answers satisfy except Smarterchess's rating comparisons which I think is not worthy reading it as it is 2 years older.

What makes you think that the Smarterchess rating comparisons are not worthy? Just because it was based on data from two years ago? You somehow believe that in the last two years the population of chess.com players has suddenly become worse, or better? Are you not familiar with the principles of basic statistics?
