At least 1200 is good, 1500 is great, and 2000 would be an awesome rating.
Anything much higher than that would classify a deadly prodigy

For Elementary kids I would say is 1200-1500, middle school should be like 1600-2000 , and High school school should be 2200. I have seen kids 2200 at age 7 or 8
