Over the years I've played chess in many places not all of them desirable. I've discovered no matter where you go you'll find chess as a companion to remind you of better times. Yes I've played chess in jail, in parks as a homeless guy, in psychiatric wards even in crack houses & whore houses. Yes I've played with killers thieves & unrepentant criminals. I've played with so called holy men brilliant men & some very psychotic men. I've played with my pockets flush with dollars stoned as a jaybird & I've played stone cold sober with only dust in my pockets. You name a situation no matter how bizarre & chances are I've played chess under those circumstances. I realize most people on chess.com are kids or at least have a childish nature. Maybe you're not as experienced in life as I am. Just remember I reminded you that chess is a loyal friend regardless of how well or poorly you play. i really don't care what you think of me or what you think at all. Most of you are a waste of time as people. Regardless have a great weekend & play play play no matter where you are. Goodbye!

Well at least I know I'm not writing exclusively for myself now. If you only knew how glad I was to discover the forums. Like a kid with a new toy.

So, you want to be taken under the  wing of an ex-con,druggie,

alcoholic? Isn't that  how the "Manson Family"began?

Yeah, this person  is  full of  "baloney!". on  the ofrf-chance  Im  wrong, Id like to know  what openings  are  played  in  Jail? Somethinglike  the "Lock-Down" defense, or  how  about the"Drop the soap gambit?"

aglitatta

Oh  yes  I overlooked  that, the  second comming of Hemmingway.

now you take a look at this  statement,"Most of you are a waste of time as people",not  so subtle display of his  disdain for people  ans  society in general. However  since  you are  such a literary critic and  admirerer of  his  prose I  bet  you cant wait  for his auto-biography to  be  relased.Perhaps it  may  be  titled  something like this"How  to  manipulate ans influence  the  gullible"

Why am I the only one who answered the question of what I have in my wallet?

molo1

the question is metaphorical bestpony

bestpony

I understand that of course, but I think the literal interpretation is much more interesting.
