I have a higher IQ than Einstein but I'm not smarter than him.. Too many in these IQ forums conflate IQ and "overall" intelligence. IQ only claims to measure one type of visual problem recognition and solving. There are other facets to intelligence.

Agreed 
. There are 7 types of intelligence measures, not just IQ. According to most scientific researchers, EQ(Emotional quotient) is more important than IQ. Having a better emotional quotient is better than having a better intelligence quotient. IQ is not the only accurate measure of how smart you are. Even if you have an iq of 78, you can still have better memory than most people by just working hard.

Note--it's not really possible to know if your IQ is higher or lower than Einstein's as he never took an IQ test.
