What's the best way to help an 11 yr old to improve at chess?

My 11 yr old son began playing about 1 yr ago, and already made a lot of progress. Though, he's not as skilled as some of the other kids in his chess club, who began playing several years ago. His problems are that he's not aggressiv enough in endgames, especially against higher rated or older players, has limited experience with learning chess openings and gambits. Any tips?

2. What do you mean by "agressive enough"?

3. What is his study routine?

This is already sounding like another one of those "Im an agressive player" posts, where the player is still dropping pieces, missing simple tactics, and not following Opening Prinsiples.

Post some of his games, especially losses.

I just play for fun, I'm really bad at chess and haven't beaten my son at chess for about 8-9 months. Have no chance playing against him :) The games in the account are mine.
