OTB means over the board, AKA you play chess on a physical board in a real life chess tournament.

ECF - English chess federation - you play for national rating in England.
USCF - US chess federation - you play for national rating in United states
FIDE is an international chess federation.

So, if a tournament is organized by FIDE, you gain and lose FIDE points. Others are chess federations of certain countries and some of them have their national rating and you gain and lose those rating points, not FIDE.

I am not sure, it is either a particular local rating of some other country, or just a common name for any other local rating that exists. happy.png

In any case every other rating apart from FIDE is a more local rating.
