What's the difference between 1000-1500?

So I understand the difference between a 1500 and a 1000 in terms of tactics, less blunders, etc.

But what about in BETWEEN that range?

Consider a 1000, 1100, 1200, 1300, 1400, and finally a 1500. What's the differences at each point?

I only say this because I'm at around 1250 breaking towards 1300 and I feel like absolutely nothing has changed since I was playing 1100's. People are still blundering like crazy and we both scramble around trying to find a quick tactic or two to end the game.

It’s just the blunders get slightly less and less common and the strategy gets slightly less and less stupid

once you get to 1300, especially like towards 1350, you will realize how much crucial that one "best move" in the middle game becomes to turn the whole game around, as the opponent also plays with pretty good accuracy and is good at defending, you either end up with time scramble or draw, those midgame tactics is what makes the difference. Basically what I am trying to say is that the mid game becomes more intense than before.
