i like all the pieces 4 different reasons. the king is the best tho
Favorite has to be the Rooks because I see them as Brothers. Together they are a strong fortress than can overthrow the Queen. Also they back each other up very well providing protection and forming a formidable battery. For some reason they are most attractive to me.
The second piece that I really like is the Pawn. Because the pawn is underrestimated until it becomes a threat, then it gets very serious. Therefore because the pawn is looked upon as the "weakest" piece when truthfully it is a potential rook, queen or any other piece if given the chance, I like the Pawn.
I'm torn between a Shoe and an Iron.
Bishop. I can't say how many queens I've sniped by leaving my bishop in a corner for a discovered attack.
knights. Especially in crazy/bug house

Or the King. Or the Rook. It's about even. Kings can fork Rooks and Rooks can mate Kings.

I'm partial to the rooks and bishops.
rooks and bishops r very essential in the game i agree ... but i like the pawns because if u r lucky you can get extra queen
When I play people at my school i like the rook better because I live in Alaska and there not nearly as good as the people here. except like five. but on this site besides the queen i would have to say the bishop.
yeah bishop is important.
