Move 13.  ...Nh5 was a blunder because you trapped your knight.

Actually I didn't see 14. g4 when I played 13.  ...Nh5. I just thought I shouldn't retreat the knight :\

18. ...Bh2  was to prevent 19.Rg1+ 

Anyways, I lost the game as soon as 18. Qxh6 was played..

Maybe instead of Re8 you should have played 12. b6 to try and get some queenside counterplay. You're well developed and the opening of the position should benefit you based on this logic, 12 e5 looks interesting at a brief look.
