Hi! Sorry you're having troubles with the Chess.com app. I believe you may be on version 3 of the app. We have since reverted to version 2 while we fix some of the issues with version 3. If you can please go to your application settings, find the Chess.com app, clear out the app data, uninstall and reinstall that should fix the issue.
