fics is horrible. This is a nice server but ICC is probably the best for short time controls.
Which chess server has the lowest lag and best abuse prevention policy?

I really love fics, My only problem with this server is that I see It has no limitation for lags and some users abuse this, I mean when they are losing they start producing several minute lags(I don't Know how but they do it).
I read at icc that they only allow one second lag for each move, Is that true, Is it worth it to buy membership at icc?
