I found an exact same one and posted an ebay Canada link, but it was deleted. I guess they considered it spam or something.

That movie has created a mania for people wanting chess sets. I predict in a few years, there will be a glut of used sets on the market. :-)

Does anyone know which chess set this is. This is the board they used in last episode in Soviet Era Russia. I understand it is a Latvian / Soviet era style board, it has an "opp top" for the queen and the king only. The bishops do not have a tapered top like I've seen on online searches. Also the Knight has smooth wide back that tapers. Any help appreciated!
