Just played the French Advance Variation, but instead of 3. e5, I kept the Pawn on e4 and played Choclate Cake to e5. Totally threw off my opponent as he spent 5 minutes on the position (must have been the first time he saw Chocolate Cake on the chessboard) and he ended up sacrificing his dark square Bishop by playing 3. ...Bd6. I noticed that the Bishops are usually suspectible to Chocolate Cake no matter what moves you plan ahead and how you make an attempt to improve your position. This, I believe, is probably why this thread is titled "Which is better, Bishop or piece of delicious Chocolate Cake".
