Knights are harder to predict, so in the endgame I always prefer the jumpy knight over a predictable bishop...

LOL as if idk him
but.... in some positions even if pawns are on both sides knights can win
this is because for suppose take a bishop as a light squared one and let the pawns be on dark squares
by this, they would be a massive disadvantage for the bishop as it cant defend those pawns
so that, knights can jump onto those pawns and can win easily
