Yes, I think so
White can force a R+N vs B+N endgame, which is practically a draw, but Nalimov may think differently.
I have no interest analysing such an endgame, sorry for that...

1.g8=N+ Kg6 2.Rd1 Kf5 3.Kb2 Kf4 4.Kc2 Ke3 5.Nf6 Ke2 6.Ne4 f1=N (promoting to queen loses easily) when this is a draw, as far as I'm concerned. Even if Nalimov claims a win for white, it's highly unlikely white will find the right moves OTB, and more than that, the winning method may extend over 50 moves.
