Who actually beats the Maximum bot regularly?

The Maximum Bot is a bot at the bottom of the list. When you select him, there’s a slider for rating. If you set it to 3200 ELO, thats the Maximum Bot. Who actually beats this bot?!

nobody does, except for maybe the strongest super GMs. It's not really to beat, more like for practice.
