Can you please post a link?
Thanks.
13 months later and i'm still on level 4 because i got burnt out doing the 7 circles suggested by De La Maza in Rapid Chess Improvement. There has to be a better way to improve in tactics. I just took 7-8 months off from studying or playing chess.

Diatonic , what level have you got to on ct-art
Keep in mind that i have lazy study habits. I have had it for over 5 years and im still on level 3. I dont like placing time limits on my chess study time.
I went through levels 1-3 seven times each. Then I went through level 4 about 2 times before I was burnt out. After that I started doing standard problems from chess tempo. then I stop playing for 7 to eight months . now I'm back. I recently started doing my 5 tactics daily on chess.com and I restarted ct-art from beginning and I made it back to level 4 last night . this time I went through each level only once.

I did them when i felt like it. Keep in mind that with my lazy work ethic i still made it to USCF A class.
Wow, really? Nice!!! So make it to A Class, what the most important skill needed when playing. From my experience I feel that your thought process is more important. Meaning that you make safe moves and not blunder.

I am not condoning my "training methods" but i got to USCF A on Opening principles, strong middlegame, and endgame. My opening study is not trying to memorize lines of theory, i learn and understand the pawn structures associated with the openings i play ( all 3 of them).
I put a lot of time into middlegame planning, and endgames. Tactics study was really iffy, and only when i felt like it. I got by more on looking for piece interaction, and pieces on the other players side of the board.
ct-art 4.0 has 10 levels of difficulty and im on level 4 . the moves are like 4 move combos. just wanted to know who has actually spent time going through the levels and how far you got.
