Gosh I wish I had the link for you, but there was a post a year or two ago complaining bitterly that he was limited to 200 blocks. Yes, much merriment was had at his expense by all the usual suspects, including yours truly. 
Oh I've got 5 or 6 blocks, but I don't think any are still members (at least under that name).
