Me! (well, idk if I count as one, although I did post a video today!)
A serious answer: I'm a big fan of Matthew Sadler's channel, which is called Silicon Road (Silicon Road - YouTube). Sadler is a GM who has made remarkable progress in chess in recent years, especially considering his age. A big reason for his success is that he works constantly with the strongest computers in the world. So he has many videos on his channel about what ideas he's found with the top engines (Leela, SF, Koivisto, Komodo) in different openings and structures. It's very cool especially for expert/master-level players, but there's something for everyone. Definitely recommend!

Eric Rosen. No glitz. No flaccid attempts at cheap humor. Just solid chess from unsound gambits and a bit of hyperbole when he sets a trap.

My favorites are Naroditsky for full instructive lessons, Hanging Pawns if you prefer rather formal and in-depth lessons, and of course Gotham and Anna Cramling for both great tips, great analysis, and entertainment.

I like some content by Naroditsky, Hanging Pawns, Coach Andras, and Anna Cramling (especially when her mother is in the videos), but my favorite is NM Robert Ramirez. He has excellent lessons for everyone from absolute beginners through seasoned players, from how the pieces move through advanced strategic concepts.
EDIT: Since posting this, I discovered the channel of Danish GM Sune Berg Hansen, YouTube handle: GM Talks. GM Hansen is highly instructive. He has, for example, about 3 hours on how to play the Carlsbad structure and another 3 hours on how to play IQP positions, as well as some excellent endgame videos. This is serious chess instruction.

I like Nelson lopez's chess vibes. Very instructive and the rating climb videos gained me a lot of elo because he goes through a nice systematic thought proccess
