We'd have to do a global knockout to find out, every single person who's able to play chess has to precipitate in it. Then let the round's begin. However, a lot of people would be dead before the tournament even finishes so it wouldn't be a reliable source as to who is the weakest player. But it's as accurate as you can get to it.

I’m seeing a lot of “me” answers here, but technically speaking, if everyone is the worst, then everyone is the best as there is then no measure of skill if everyone is at the same level.
