Are you trying to allege that a Super GM is cheating ? It is within their capacity to maintain such sort of an accuracy in classical games .

You made this prediction after the 13th round, didn't you? And you apparently misread the standings, as at that stage there was zero chance for Pragg to come in 4th. You simply forgot about Caruana.

Yeah, I said Hikaru & the others but miscalculated the fact that since they would have their own place, It would push Praggnanandhaa back.

That's right, they haven't planned anything properly.
The person of challenger is important who wants to be the host for sure. So most ot the time the match host will not be fixed before the end of the candidates.
