O i c u mean provoke. In my experience, the word isn't normally associated with sexual connotations in its verb form. I could be wrong though, I'm not exactly an expert ...

The word you want is "provoke,"  i.e, "If you want to provoke me..."   However, "provoke" carries the connotation of exciting to anger more than anything else.
