Black made a bunch of mistakes so that helps with whites accuracy.
Called it several times already but people in the forum just regard it as rambling and go on childish crap such as "mad cos bad" and other kiddie responses.
Ratings under 2000 seem to mean nothing here, anyone can beat anyone.
Last straw for me was watching a 1500 player dominate a titled Master in the 10 chess Arena a few days ago.
Also moderators lock or delete any threads trying to discuss similar issues raised by several people so I'd not be surprised if this thread vanishes.

well you made several obvious blunders in this one and your opponent took advantage of them. when the best moves are obvious it's not hard to get an accuracy of 90+ . also, I don't understand why a 1200 rated player would cheat and stay at the same rating. unless they have mental problems and enjoy making other people feel bad. a somewhat reliable way of finding out if someone's cheating is looking at move times. a human will play the opening and endgame faster, and may spend more than 10% of his/her time one critical move. whereas the engine treats all the moves the same.

Pretty sure white was cheating in that game. 15 b4 is a very strong move and it allows a strong move Bg5 and your opponent must have had to calculate why b4 was important to insert before Bg5 since Bg5 could also have been played immediately. Unless the player was a strong 2500 player i don't see him doing that

I looked at the opponent’s other game prior to reporting.
He had several games with 99% accuracy, and two games with 50-60% accuracy.
This to me indicated a pattern, that he plays genuinely sometimes.
I don’t think a human scores either 99.x% or 50-60%.
Also the timing isn’t always an indication.
I don’t notice any long thinking before deadly moves!
His longest thinking time was immediately after the opening (50 seconds).
The. He spent an equal amount of time for each move 16-18 seconds.

Bg5 also comes with tempo, attacking the queen. I would expect a beginner to play it first and then attack the knight. However Bg5 without the insertion of b4 is not nearly as strong

Sure, I had two mistakes ( according to the game report) and a few inaccuracies.
Anyways, any suggestions on how to get passed 1400?
I can win my friends with 1500-1700 when playing on an actual board. But I really struggle against sone folks here on chess dot com!
It's possible your higher rated friends do not take you as seriously and play much more casually. This can even happen unconsciously, you play in a more relaxed fashion vs players you can more easily beat, not to mention an unrated game might not matter as much to some people at a rated one. Also, taking wins off of them every now and then doesn't put you in a similar bracket, you can win games vs higher rated opponents, especially with the above note. The rated system makes you realize how often you lose as well, unlike unscored IRL games where you can sweep losses under the mental rug and remember wins more vividly.

Every day I come across players who play with 99.x % accuracy in my range. (I run the game report for almost every game I play).
Is it possible that all moves are either best or excellent at this level?
I play with my friends at 16xx and can have a fairly good play. Sometimes i win decisively.
What makes this range so hard? Too many cheaters in this range?
Should I report players whose moves are 99.x% accurate according to the game report?
I’ve received a few messages from chess.com, informing me that one of my opponents has not been using fair play policy, and return my lost rating points. That indicates a problem.
It has become annoying. After 8 years on chess.com, I feel the cheaters are ruining the game. Are other chess sites suffering from the same issue?
