Per rules of castling, the king cannot move prior to castling.

Because you moved your king on move 6. You can’t castle if either your king or the rook on the side that you want to castle have moved.

When Black took your queen and you retook with your king, you lost castling rights.

Not to worry, you can achieve the resulting castled position artificially anyway.
