To create a daily tournament, your timeout ratio must be less than 15%. Your daily timeout ratio is much higher. You’ll have to wait 1-3 months for your ratio to drop below 15%.

You do not have a 10% win ratio in Daily and your timeout ratio is too high to make a Daily tournament as well.
