You have quite a number of games waiting for moves. I think chess.com restricts starting new games if you have more than a certain number of games waiting for a move. Why? I don't know.
Why Cc restricts games?

Theres a setting for that actually.
Maybe you have set it once yourself and forgotten later ?
Its under Play, Play Online (menu to the left)

This is correct. If you have too many games waiting on moves, you can’t create new Daily seeks.
Ok MStall. Is #3 true, a setting? It’s fine either way. I can’t very well complain. I am up in one game and down in one

No, it's not a setting.
There is a setting that will prevent other members from challenging you if you have more than the configured amount of games in progress

Will not allow me to begin daily games without making moves. I am still studying positions.
I can get around this bug, it’s just frustrating.
