Why chess.com doesn’t take action for fair play reports?
Additionally such a huge gap of 400-500 in bullet is a very clean indicator (I’m playing 3-0 blitz, not much more time than bullet). There should be an automatic way of detection, and they should be banned promptly.
Thank you for reporting. Chess.com takes cheating very seriously and will take whatever action is necessary if necessary.
Chess.com closes many accounts each month for fair play https://www.chess.com/article/view/chess-com-month-in-review-november-2021

However, this type of discussion is not allowed in the main forums. If you would like to discuss cheating, you should join the following club: https://www.chess.com/club/cheating-forum
Since advent of leagues, many new faces appeared in 2200-2500 rating range (either new account or old account). They have two bold factors: their blitz and bullet rating differs 300-500 (sometimes even thousands), and additionally they play with constant speed, no matter if it’s a complex tactical/positional position or if it’s an easy recapture. They are clearly those who want to get to champion league and abuse the system.
I’ve reported maybe a hundred such players recently, none got banned. Before that when I was reporting someone, with a good chance they were getting banned. Can anybody tell me whether there was a change to policies to behave so loose against illegitimate players?
