Why chess is awesome.

To me chess is awesome because their are so many ways to play it unlike other games where you just roll a dice and take a card. Also you get to give your brain a work out. Just like muscles for a brain to learn more you must give it a work out . This forum was made 9years ago and I am the 3rd person to write anything, AWESOME
.
I did hate it until yesterday, because there seemed to be too much time until we arrive at a state where I enjoyed the thinking process. But it was a long time ago when I last gave it a go, so yesterday when one of my cousins asked if I wanna play, I just love it now. I don't know anything about the game but the basic rules, and that there are special openings and that Magnus plays it well. That's all I know. But this game is just great. What I don't like for now about the knights is that it takes too many steps until they arrive to the battlefield.

you too
That's a thing I also like in chess.
I also like sacrificing pieces on one side of the board because the other side looks so promising I don't want to waste moves to save pieces.
All you have to do is think and beat your opponent.
