We all had those type that trash talk, or disconnect or beg for a rematch then not give one in return... which I say heck with it but after me being nice and then you turn/? .. but what ever with that last statment.

On to the point... why have strict rules here when the offending player can easy make a new account?  All they really need is a email adress?

Why not suspend the IP adress or something?

They cheat, rude, disconnect ... account closed, 10 min later I got the same person reminding me and showing off how he can't be stoped or what ever rocks his little boat.

Good thing that you aren't a woman complainting otherwise you would have had guys on your case and 5pages of insults immediately.  

Having said this, I think 3 strikes and you're out can be an appropriate rule for once.

No they can't because they have to put in their e-mail address, and if the email address is from a closed account they can't open a new one.

^email accounts are not hard to get, and even changing an IP address is not very difficult.

That being said, I think I have heard of cases where c.c did actually IP ban people?

^Changing IP is posible but not as easy as optaining new email (as you mentioned)

I just think that if you have a site that's very big on fairness then perhaps it's time to figure a way to keep the offenders out for good, as much as posible. .. or just don't waste your resources lol
