Why do I keep getting brilliant moves?

I am a relatively low rated player at just barely 1300 in rapid. My playing is very inconsistent, but sometimes I have had genuinely great games. I have noticed a couple things though:

I am getting tons of brilliant moves. Recently I got 3 in one game and two others in other games. It is bizarre to me as the moves don't seem for the most part, all that special or at very least, complicated when I make them. It feels a little ridiculous sometimes.

I have also noticed that it only seems to give brilliant moves when you are behind. This holds true of the brilliant moves I found in the AlphaZero vs. Stockfish 8 games.

Is this dumb luck? Maybe I am just overly aggressive, or I have an intuition that is either very right or very wrong. Any thoughts?

In this game, I played black. My brilliant moves were 10.Qh3, 12.Nd4, and 15.Ke6. There were some egregious blunders in there, I don't present this as my proudest work, just thought the brilliant moves were a bit excessive

10. Qh3 is not natural for me to find. 12. Nd4 to play requires something and the point behind 10. Qh3. To play Qh3 and continue with Nd4 is not everybody bread and butter when so many materials are hanging from your sides.

I think it may have something to due to the fact that they were only moves that drastically changed the Eval.

Yes, That makes you lose the rook. Shouldn't 0-0 been a good love rather than Qh3? I also face such strange suggestions. For me, some moves which was marked as mistake was a really critical move, I thought.

Do you play a lot of random moves? I think your odds of having brilliant moves goes up if you tend to play out of the book.
