Hi. I've just had a look at a number of your games. You are blissfully unaware, most of the time, of your opponents threats. In some cases your opponet attacks on of your pieces and you ignore it with no good reason to do so. You need a good reason to attack the opponents king in the opening when another of your pieces is under attadk from a pawn and the attacking piece can be blocked and simultaneously attacked by a pawn. Two pawns attacking two pieces, you're going to be lucky to not lose one of them.
You get your queen out too early in a number of games and the opponent just chases it around while developing their pieces.
You coould get that elo back easily, just get your pieces out. When the opponent makes a move, find out why they made it. In other words, if they had another move immediately, what is that likely to be?
Google chess principles and follow those and your opponent will have a much harder time exploiting you.
I hope that helps.

It was for number one as they are asking the question. You're probably doing the same things. Lets have a look ...

TenGolf. You're moving far too many pawns in the opening. You can't attack a queen with a lone bishop. You're oblivious when your opponent makes a one move attack on one of your pieces. You should make the fewest number of pawn moves in the opening and focus on getting all of your pieces out.
So, look up chess principles, stick to those and your opponents will have a much harder time playing you.
I hope that helps, all the best with it.

No. You're oblivious to your opponents threats throughout the game. You should be able to see that if you're analysing your games.

Wow, not sure why you'd fork the king and queen and then not take the queen of the next move. ;o)
