Why Do I Keep Losing Winning Positions? 🤦‍♂️♟️

Hey everyone, I’ve been playing a lot on Chess.com lately, and I’ve noticed a really frustrating pattern — I often get into clearly winning positions, but somehow still manage to lose or draw the game. It’s not always time trouble, and it’s not always obvious blunders either. Sometimes I just lose focus, miscalculate, or underestimate my opponent’s counterplay. So I wanted to ask: How do you convert winning positions more consistently? Do you have any mental or practical tips to stay sharp till the end? Are there specific training methods or drills that helped you improve your endgame or decision-making? I feel like this is one of the biggest things holding me back from improving my rating.
