If you mean the first puzzle not counting, yes
As to the other things you are seeing, I did some brief testing and couldn't recreate. I'll try to test more fully later but it's looking like your browser might have an issue, but until I'm at a full system and can do more exhaustive tests, I can't see if there may be a bug.

There is a bug with the first puzzle completed in a session where it doesn't actually get counted towards your rating and won't show in your archive. However the puzzle shows on the graph.
So, if you get the first one right you'll see that but when you get the next puzzle right, your actual rating likely won't be as high and the graph will show a drop.
Staff have identified the cause of the bug so it should be fixed in the near future.
