Why do You Play Bullet Chess

I noticed that a lot of people on the site primarily play bullet, and especially 1 min.  I tried bullet and its so fast it felt like a game of flag your opponent or catch him in a cheap shot checkmate.  So, I was wondering why do people prefer this time control?  Because I just don't enjoy it at all.

It's fun.

Definitely a rush to it

And sometimes yah wanna play a game of chess but simply are crunched on time

I kind of feel the same as you but then top titled players who are highly familiar with the game prefer the 1 minute version and you cannot do anything about it .. I personally like to watch the 3 minute game and play the 5 minute one.

To Play bullet you need practice a lot... But it's fun.

In bullet, I don't have to outwit my opponent.

I just have to beat the clock.
