Are you seeking unrated matches? I find those take longer than rated matches which I find very fast.

Maybe you are temporarily in the ‘bad sport’ pool of players. That is when you abort games too often. Then you play with players who abort a lot as well so it takes ages to find a game. Good news is after a couple of games you’ll be back in the normal pool of players

Not true lol, happened to me and i dont really abort games. I also have good wifi.
Maybe during that time there weren't that much players looking for matches. But also, when matchmaking takes too long, i find that i get opponents who have much higher rating than me.

What time control were you looking for a match in? In some custom time control, it can take longer time before you get paired.

Well, I didnt get any notification and wasnt realized there were replies here, sorry.
I never aborted or stalled a single game, so no for bad spartmanship, and never played any unrated games.. so no to that too.
But one thing i realized, It only happens when i search games for the first time, once i got matched i can find games faster after that.. It must be something about website coding.
lastly, it doesn't seems like about being premium or not. I'm glad we didn't get that kind of discrimination.

10 minutes on mobile, 15|10 when I'm on pc.

It is because you are to good looking. The try to find someone equally good looking and that is not always easy. You are simply to handsome for your own good here at chess.com!
